Some employee fields are available in Ocerli but not in PeopleHR. These fields will need to be completed directly in Ocerli after employees have been synchronised.

In some cases, yes. Certain fields exist only in Ocerli and cannot be populated from PeopleHR. After synchronising employee records, these fields should be completed within Ocerli to ensure employee records are fully populated.

Ocerli validates employee information during the synchronisation process. If required information is missing, the employee record will fail validation and will not be imported until the missing information has been updated in PeopleHR or Ocerli, depending on which system contains the required field.

The synchronisation screen displays status icons to show whether employee records are ready to be imported or require attention. For example, records ready to synchronise are identified separately from records that require validation or contain recommended updates, making it easier to review employee information before applying changes.
